Cricket Match Preview:
Listless Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on each other for the second time in this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL). In the first clash, MI beat RCB in a close cricket game. Since then, while Mumbai have gone from strength to strength, Bangalore have slipped further.
Virat Kohli, Indian skipper and RCB skipper must be hurt at the moment. No matter how he tried, his team has failed to win the game of cricket. RCB have tried various combinations and various overseas players but they still failed to win. They have used Moeen Ali at the top of the order and have included Marcus Stoinis in their eleven and while they have come close of winning a game of cricket, they have not managed to register a win as yet.
MI, on the other hand, seem to have finally got the right combination. Even without the correct combinations, Mumbai are a force to reckon with but once they get their eleven right, they become nearly unbeatable. The combination of Quinton de Kock and Rohit Sharma at the top of the order is a handful for all the opposition, whereas the finishing touches of Keiron Pollard and Hardik Pandya are something Bangalore have experienced firsthand themselves.
RCB have decided to go with Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers in their top three. While it has not yielded the right results, it is the right way to go. The best batsmen need to bat as many overs as possible and if Virat and AB can get a few big scores, it might just turn the tide for them. However, their main issue has been their bowling which has just not looked penetrative enough against any opponent.
MI are marching towards their playoff spot and perhaps another trophy. Only a sense of complacency can derail them from their goal at this stage. There are a couple of holes in their lineup as well but their strength seems to override the weaknesses at this juncture of the tournament. Meanwhile, RCB will take each cricket game as it comes because they now have a nearly impossible task to get back into the competition.

Cricket Statistics and Prediction:

Cricket Match Conditions and Pitch:
The pitch in Wankhede has been beautiful to bat on. Lots of runs have been scored so far on this cricket ground and absolutely no target seems to be big for the chasing teams. Our prediction is of a score of around 190 for this cricket game. Conditions are expected to be hot and humid.
MI will begin this game of cricket as favourites. They are in ominous form right now compared to RCB, who are in terrible shape right now. Hence, our prediction is of MI’s victory.
